UNICAMP Exploratory Science Museum Project (Brazil)

The new exploratory science museum for Unicamp invites all people to take a tour in the world of technology. The building materials along with the lighting and ventilation systems represent environmentally sustainable low-tech architecture. The water running along the facades adds an playful element to the garden landscape and contributes to the cooling system of the building. The fragmented facade becomes an active part of the museum as its users can operate the mobile shading panels according to the lighting conditions.
